Most versions of the RTX 4090 use a multi-fan cooling layout. That is great for keeping a single card running cool and relatively quiet, but results in most of the heat the card generates being pumped back into the computer. They are also a lot larger than traditional video cards, making these less than ideal for multi-GPU systems. In most chassis only one will be able to fit and be cooled properly, but some larger tower cases may be able to handle two of them. Small form factor and even mini tower cases may not be able to fit it at all.<br />
